Creating New Email Account
- Start Microsoft Outlook 2002/XP.
- Click on the "Tools" menu, and select "Email Accounts".
- Choose "Add a new e-mail account" and click Next.
- Select POP3 as the server type and click Next.
- Enter your name in "Your Name" field.
- Enter your E-mail address.
- Enter your username (as assigned) in the "Username" field.
- Enter your password (as assigned) in the "Password" field.
- Enter Incoming mail server: pop.incentre.net
- Enter Outgoing mail server: smtp.incentre.net
- Optional remember password: select or de-select
- At this point you can click on Test Account Settings to verify that you have properly entered all of the necessary information.
You can also click on More Settings to further customize this account. These steps are not mandatory.
- Click Next.
- Click Finish.

Editing An Existing Email Account
- Start Microsoft Outlook 2002/XP.
- Click on the "Tools" menu, and select "Email Accounts".
- Select the "View or change existing e-mail accounts" option, and click Next.
- Select the email account you wish to modify, and click the "Change" button.
- In the "E-mail Accounts" window, edit the following:
- Your Name: (ie. John Doe)
- E-mail Address: (ie. johndoe@incentre.net)
- User Name: (ie. johndoe or the username as assigned)
- Password: (password as assigned)
- Incoming mail server: (ie. pop.incentre.net)
- Outgoing mail server: (ie. smtp.incentre.net)
- More Settings: (optional settings not mandatory)
- Click OK to save settings.
- Click Next, and Finish.
