Outlook Express Email Setup (Windows PC): 

To Add A New Email Account:

1. Open Microsoft Outlook Express.
2. Select TOOLS, ACCOUNTS, and the tab MAIL. Click ADD and select Mail.
3. Enter a Display name (ie. John Doe). Click NEXT.
4. Select "I already have an e-mail address…". Enter your e-mail
address (ie. johndoe@incentre.net). Click NEXT.
5. Select "My incoming mail server is a: POP". 
· Enter incoming mail server: pop.incentre.net
· Enter outgoing mail server: smtp.incentre.net
· Click NEXT.
6. Enter the following information:
· Account ID: [username]
· Password: [password]
· Optional: save password.
· Click NEXT.
7. Click FINISH.

To Modify an Existing Email Account:

1. Open Microsoft Outlook Express.
2. Select TOOLS, ACCOUNTS, to open the Properties window.
3. Highlight the mail account to edit and click on PROPERTIES.
4. Under the General tab, enter the following:
· Mail Account name
· Name - to which you want others to identify you as.
· Optional: Organization - such as a company name.
· Email address
· Reply address - only if different from above email address.
5. Under the Servers tab, enter the following: 
· My incoming mail server is a POP3 server.
· Incoming mail server: pop.incentre.net
· Outgoing mail server: smtp.incentre.net
· Account name: [username]
· Password: [password]
· Optional: Remember Password.
6. Click APPLY, OK, and CLOSE.

To Add A New Email Account:
