Important Notice Regarding Your Username & Password

It has come to our attention that unsolicited email has been sent to many of our customers in an attempt to obtain their username and password by deception, as this message purports to come from us at the Internet Centre. This type of deception has become known as "phishing".

An example of the email which was sent is shown at the end of this warning.

PLEASE NOTE:

We will NEVER ask for your username and password in a general email of this nature.

If we have been specifically requested by you to help with a technical support matter, we may ask in response for the username affected.

If we are creating a NEW account or resetting a password, at YOUR request, we might ask for the new password that you want us to set.

These are the ONLY times when we should ask you for this information, and it's always in response to a request from you. Please do not reply to emails of the type shown below.

If you ever have any doubt about whether emails originated from us, please send an email to: support@incentre.net.

If you DID respond to an email like the one below, please change your password. If you don't know how, please ask.
