Problems with the Vermilion/Lloydminster dialup service. Starting late on Friday, and worsening by Saturday evening, we suffered a partial failure of our dialup equipment which required us to send a technician from Edmonton on Sunday to replace the offending equipment. Some, but not all, dialup customers would have had little success in getting connected, until 4:05 PM Sunday, May 25th 2003, when the replacement was made and service was restored. We regret the inconvenience this would have caused. We did phone back all those who left messages and who left a number and user name for us.
