On Saturday, May 25, 2002 between 8:54pm to 10:53pm, we experienced an outage on our main Telus connection. Telus was contacted and the problem was repaired within 2 hours.

The source of the problem is still being investigated. We will provide further information as soon as Telus determines the exact cause of the outage.
