A Telus network router and fibre switch has been identified as responsible for a province wide Internet outage on Monday, May 13, 2002 from 14:15pm MST to 15:20pm MST.

Some of the problems that have been experienced, include lost of network connectivity, unable to go to websites, and or email delivery problems.
