Customers using the Edmonton dialup number 702-4222 may experience busy signals when attempting to login. The number was dropped from the Telus switches outside of the local Edmonton calling area on Friday, March 8, 2002.

Sherwood Park and Spruce Grove have been reported to be areas that are affected - part of the Edmonton EFRC (Extended Flat Rate Calling Area).

The busy signal is caused by a Telus switching error, and not an indication of congestion on our dial up equipment.
