On Monday, June 10, 2002 in the early morning hours, we experienced a problem with the dial-up modem pool in Red Deer.

The source of the problem was traced to a misconfigured backup authentication server. The problem has since been rectified.

We apologize for the inconvenience this outage has caused to the Red Deer clients.
