We will shortly be adding Wainwright, Lloydminster, and Vermilion, and smaller centres around these towns and cities, to our roaming dial pool, and providing the “extreme.ca” and “ silvercrest.ca” roaming customers with access to our dial up pool around the Province of Alberta. We currently provide High speed Internet over DSL (Digital Subscriber Line) to customers in Wainwright and Lloydminster, and starting January 20th, 2003, to all residents and companies in the town of Vermilion. Generally from time of order to installation is 7 days.

December 1, 2002. The Internet Centre becomes a Dealer for Extreme Products.

We are very pleased to announce that we are a dealer for the Extreme group of products, that allow us to sell and install the products outlined on the www.extreme.ca website. This outstanding, locally developed product has been approved for use by large telephone companies, and allows us to extend our high speed Internet services very cost effectively into hotels, apartment buildings and condominiums. With our part ownership in telephone companies, we are able to install these products on any major manufacturers PBX infrastructure by certified staff.

December 5, 2002 - The Internet Centre hosts Nettickers Inc.’s new News Ticker product.

The Internet Centre is pleased to announce its support for the news ticker "The Brick Ticker". This is the first launch of a series of tickers developed locally by the Edmonton based Nettickers Inc. development team. This “first of its kind” news ticker, free for all Canadians is the start of what is expected to be an international, ground breaking series of products available to all in either “paid for view” - supported by advertising – or “pay per view” - paid by the subscriber, format for broadcast and narrowcast late breaking news.

This new series of products is hosted by The Internet Centre, with content provided by Nettickers Inc. The Brick is the first company in the world to provide its customers with news stories as they happen, delivered by push technology over the Internet, with its BrickTicker service. Please go to The Internet Centre Inc. (www.incentre.net) or The Brick home page (www.thebrick.com) to try it out.

This is the first of a series of tickers that will be launched over the next 2 years by Nettickers Inc. (www.nettickers.com).

Please let us know what you think by emailing your thoughts to feedback@nettickers.com.

December 1, 2002 The Internet Centre helps out customers of the failed "Access Internet" Internet Service Provider.

Recently Access Internet, an Edmonton-based Internet Service Provider closed its doors. While not privy to the financial details of this company, The Internet Centre offered to help out by having the existing customers hosted at The Internet Centre’s Edmonton facility. Until January 31, 2003, all existing Access Internet customers will have services maintained, providing those customers time to make arrangements with The Internet Centre to move their account and services to The Internet Centre.

Customers moving to The Internet Centre will be able to maintain their current domain names, so no change of Internet address will be necessary.

By February 1, 2003, the Access Internet servers will be taken down, but those customers who have made arrangements with The Internet Centre will be able to have their services maintained and uninterrupted. Access Internet’s demise is further evidence of the consolidation and rationalizing of the Internet business in Alberta and B.C. Having started the commercial Internet in Alberta, we at The Internet Centre are sorry to see so many businesses run into difficulty, but we continue to grow our business profitably, and, we trust, with quality and great customer service as our prime focus.
