From 10:25 AM until approximately 1:35 PM The Internet Centre suffered an outage that reduced or stopped traffic flowing through our main Internet Gateway. This was a problem with equipment from our Upstream Provider, and was manifested by "slow-to-no" response from the Internet. Our upstream provider has subsequently installed a new router and software to ensure this particular outage is not evidenced in the future. We regret the inconvenience this outage has caused, but we have taken steps
to ensure that this kind of outage will not occur.
