On December 5th at 10:30am we lost our external network connectivity - this affected all our high-speed, dialup, and co-located customers. We quickly traced the problem to our upstream provider, and we notified them of the problem by about 11:00am. After they had worked to resolve it for 2h30m, our connectivity was restored at about 1:30pm. The outage was caused by routing inconsistencies in the network of our upstream provider, but at the time of writing we have not been provided by them with any additional explanation. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, and thank you for your patience.
