For the past few days, we have been experiencing some issues with Internet latency in various parts of Alberta. Reports of packet losses, slow Internet connections, and network connection difficulties are some of the issues that have been encountered. The source of the problem has finally been narrowed down to a Telus backbone or fibre cable equipment. Testing of the components are ongoing, and we hope to have the connection issue resolved very shortly. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact The Internet Centre.
