Internet users in the High Level area was greeted with an Internet outage for the
past couple of days. The outage lasting from Wednesday, October 24, 2001 to
Friday, October 26, has been traced to an equipment failure at the Telus central
office in High Level.
As the problem was eventually discovered, Telus immediately reset the network
equipment and users in the High Level area was back online.

outage may have caused to our customers in the High Level area.
