At approximately 6:05pm Friday evening, October 18th, 2001, The Internet
Centre suffered an equipment failure on one of its main Internet switchgear.

New equipment was put in place, and service was restored by 7:07pm. We
will continue to monitor the equipment on the highest priority. 

We regret the inconvenience this outage may cause to our customers.
