Customers on Telus' DSL network have been experiencing severe Internet
connection problems for the past several days.

If you are currently using Telus as the Internet Provider, you may be affected
by the outages. Such problems include the inability to link up to mail servers,
websites, company networks (LAN) or virtual private networks (VPN).

Telus has blamed faulty equipment as the source of the problems, but has not
stated when full service will be back up and running.

DSL customers of The Internet Centre are not affected by the outages at Telus.
