May 17, 2001 - Telus Network Outages Affecting Edmonton |
| A network edge device at Telus went
down this morning at 8:29am, affecting various Internet services in Edmonton. The device is used
to route traffic for the DSL network and the Internet gateway. An unrelated problem yesterday caused a brief outage in certain parts of the Edmonton's westend. Telus has not yet released any more information on either events. |
