Oct 9, 2000 - Network Outage: Telus Service Interruptions

Please be advised that on Sunday October 8th and Monday October 9th, Telus Advanced Communications experienced two service interrupting events and two service degrading events on one of our core devices in the Edmonton Main Central Office. This resulted in the loss of network connectivity for a total of one hour and thirty-four minutes. These network outages are still being investigated.

We apologize for any inconvenience resulting from these service disruptions.
