Please note a change in policy for clients who leave emails on server.

From September 1, 2001, we will be running regularly scheduled processes to clear out old emails from client mailboxes. Any emails older than 45 days will be compressed and moved to an archival area, and a notice sent to the mailbox owner. It will be kept there for a further 14 days, after which time it will be archived to tape and deleted. During this 14 day interim period, emails will be fairly quickly and easily recoverable, subject to a $30 recovery fee. Once the emails have been archived to tape, a restoration will take up to one week to accomplish, and there will be a $100 restoration fee.
