Email - Leaving Mail on Servers

Leaving your emails on the server is a convenient feature especially when you need to access your emails elsewhere, or for a later time. Many users forget that this option has been turned on, and emails that have been read before still remains on the server for months.

On occasion, having emails left on the servers could potentially cause problems in downloading new messages. The storage of large amounts of emails can also slow down the processing of new emails.

We encourage you to use the "leave mail on server" option, but it should only be used on a temporary basis only.
