THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
A Board of Directors representative of the community interest, appointed by the Nominating Committee.
By-law 4g.
Persons appointed to membership in the Foundation shall be selected from individuals who, in the opinion of the Comminttee of Nominators, have evidenced an interest in the welfare the well-being of the residents of the Town and the District and the objects of the Foundation.
