• The Foundation was incorporated in 1994.
  
  
• We have issued $110,000 over the past three years to the Cross Cancer Research Center (Flow-Through from the Amy's Cancer Research Foundation).
  
  
• A Field-of-Interest Fund for Youth has been established at the request of Big Brothers. The Club folded in 1998 and remaining funds were used to establish a Youth Fund.
  
  
• We manage $35,000  of Flow-through funds for various groups in the community - Pembina Crises Connection Society, Rotary Club of Drayton Valley, Community Scholarship Trust Society and Drayton Valley Volunteer Firemen's Fund 
  
  
• We have $10,000 set up in General Endowment Fund (Interest can be used for needs in the community).
  
  
• Administrative expenses for 1998 were $3,500 - a computer, file cabinet and annual fees.
   
• Administration and Accounting duties have been volunteered for the past four years.
   
• Donor cards were developed and distributed to all churches and the local funeral home.
