The Internet Centre recommends our UNIX server hosting plans for most customers looking for web hosting. They provide the best performance and reliability, along with access to the most features. All UNIX hosting plans include PHP and custom CGI access, along with counters, mail form scripts, and daily usage reports. Available options include MySQL databases (with web control panel access), and secure (SSL) sites.

For those who require Microsoft-specific services like .NET, Sharepoint, MSSQL, etc, we do offer a hosting solution to cover that as well.  Usage reports, CGI, PHP and ODBC are also supported on this server.  Please note that subscribers must opt for a Domain-Plus or Domain-Max package to order any or all of the Microsoft web hosting components. 

In addition to the webspace, all of our hosting plans include e-mail hosting for your domain, with a control panel for you to manage your accounts. All plans also include Postini for spam and virus filtering on all of your e-mail accounts.

 The following apply to all Domain Hosting services:

• Payments can be made on a monthly, six-month or annual basis
• Prepay for 6 months or longer to receive a 10% discount
• Suspended Email Accounts: Due to recent court decisions across Canada, it is now The Internet Centre's policy, three (3) days after suspension of a customers account, to bounce email back to the sender where email is a service provided by The Internet Centre.
• Reconnection Fee: It is The Internet Centre's policy to charge a reconnection fee for those accounts which have been suspended for late or no payment, payable at the time of reconnection. This fee can vary between $20 and $100 depending on the type of account, the size of the outstanding balance, and the period of nonpayment.  This applies to all accounts.
• Cancellation: 30 days cancellation notice is required, in the form of email, fax or letter.
