Business ADSL

• Static IP addresses can be assigned in private subnets upon request
• Extra IP addresses can also be purchased
• All business packages include domain service for one domain at no extra cost
• Additional email addresses, including Postini junk filtering, are an additional $3/month each
• Additional dialup accounts, at 250 hours per month, are an additional $13/month each 
• Discounts for 6 or 12 month prepayment

Residential ADSL

• Static IP addresses are assigned from bulk pools
• Extra IP addresses can also be purchased
• Webspace included is for personal space, in the format of http://www.incentre.net/users/username
• Email addresses include Postini junk filter
• Additional email addresses are $3/month per email address

The following apply to all Business and Residential ADSL plans listed above: 

• All ADSL packages require a minimum contract of 6 months.  Once that term expires, service continues on a month-to-month plan. 
• The connection speeds listed are not guaranteed - they are the maximum attainable.
• The IP addressing for DSL-Business packages supports a private /29 subnet, and the DSL-BusMax supports a private /28 subnet.
• Payments can be made on monthly, 6-month or annual basis. 
• All prices listed do not include GST. 
• Suspended Email Accounts: Due to recent court decisions across Canada, it is now The Internet Centre's policy, three (3) days after suspension of a customer's account, to bounce email back to the sender where email is a service provided by The Internet Centre.
• Reconnection Fee: It is The Internet Centre's policy to charge a reconnection fee for those accounts which have been suspended for late or no payment, payable at the time of reconnection. This fee can vary between $20 and $100 depending on the type of account, the size of the outstanding balance, and the period of nonpayment.  This applies to all accounts.
• Cancellation: 30 days cancellation notice is required, in the form of email, fax or letter.
