April 6, 2010 Recently, another email has begun reaching many Incentre customers and other internet users as well. It is an attempt to get users to download and run a particular file on their computers, and given its nature should not be trusted whatsoever. Remember: The Internet Centre will NEVER send out an arbitrary email instructing you to download and run a file. The message(s) usually look like this: Dear Customer,
This e-mail was send by incentre.net to notify you that we have temporanly prevented access to your account.
We have reasons to beleive that your account may have been accessed by someone else.

DO NOT run the file that this hyperlink refers to. If you already have or you do by mistake, please disconnect your computer from the internet and ensure that it is 100% virus-free before reconnecting.
