Suspended Accounts - Email

Due to recent court decisions, it is now The Internet Centre’s policy, three (3) days after suspension of a customer’s account, to bounce email back to the sender where email is a service provided by The Internet Centre.

Reconnection Fee

It is The Internet Centre’s policy to charge a $20 reconnection fee for those accounts which have been suspended for late or no payment, payable at the time of reconnection. This applies to dialup, webhosting, domain, and high speed accounts.

All discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of invoice issue date.

If you have any questions regarding payment options, please call The Internet Centre at Ph. (780) 450-6787 or Tollfree 1-888-450-6787.
