To build a new dialup account:

1. Press Start, go to the Control Panel
2. Click on Network and Internet
3. Choose Internet Options
4. Go to the Connections tab
5. Near the bottom, select Always dial my default connection
6. Press Add near the top-right
7. Choose dialup as the type of account
8. Enter the phone number for your service area, your username (make sure this is This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ) and your password.   If you like, name the connection and check to remember the password.
9. Press Create, then press Close when it's finished creating your connection
