Email Support - Outlook Express |
For incentre.net email accounts, you'll need these settings: - account type - POP3
- incoming mail server - pop.incentre.net
- outgoing mail server - smtp.incentre.net
- username - (your full email address)
- incoming mail port - 110
- outgoing mail port - 25
For email accounts using other domain names, like yourcompany.com or ccinet.ab.ca, the settings will vary depending on your domain. NOTE - the info below uses yourcompany.com as an example domain. Substitute your actual domain name (jetnet.ab.ca, business.ca, whatever it may be) wherever you see yourcompany.com below. - account type - POP3

To troubleshoot, use these steps: - Click Tools at the top, choose Accounts in that list
- Select the Mail tab at the top, then select your account and press Properties
- Check your settings against the info above - they are spread out across the General, Servers and Advanced tabs in Outlook Express
In Outlook Express, you can easily build a new account to check your email address: - Click Tools at the top, choose Accounts in that list
- Select the Mail tab at the top, then Add an Email account
- Enter settings as requested by the wizard using the information above
